Navrang Fine Arts
NAVRANG FINE ARTS FOUNDATION (NFAF) IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION RUN BY ARDENT ART-LOVERS.
Now in its 16th year, Navrang Fine Arts Foundation was born out of passion to promote Indian fine arts in Kenya. Since 2009, the foundation has hosted over 20 events ranging from Bharat Natyam classical music to flute concerts; and from kathak performances to evenings of captivating ghazals.
Fine arts are a vital part of society and a basic need of human survival. In today’s world we live on the fast lane and seldom make time for fine arts. It is Navrang’s aim to bring world-class and budding artistes to Kenya to enrich the lives of Kenyans through melodious music and scintillating dance performances.
“Art is a part of survival; art is part of the human spirit, an unquenchable expression of who we are. Art is one of the ways in which we say, ‘I am alive, and my life has meaning’ “. – Karl Paulnack, pianist
